In the last months of 2019 we have began to use a new Customer Relationship Management system. From numerous options we have chosen MiniCRM at the end of a lengthy, several months long selection process. We have implemented the system simultanously in all of our countries besides Hungary such as Czech, Slovakiam Poland and Romania. First we decided to use the system related to inquires and RFQ management of international freight forwarding. Beyond this we intend to use it for managing the sales administration of existing and potential customers as well. Our decision was based on several features of the system such as multi-lingual interface, unique price-performance ratio and high level customization opportunities what secures the up to date filing of all important data and details. We are convinced this development will positively affect our activites related to international freight forwarding sales and customer service too, and will open new opportunities for us.
